The fight between the two champions have been postponed, canceled and rescheduled time and time again. The question is, is this fight really going to happen? And when?

Some say that there are fighters who are not destined to fight each other, and slowly, fans are starting to believe it for Pacman and Mayweather.
Mayweather’s last fight was last Sept, 2010 against Victor Ortiz and was won by knockout. A lot would claim it was an expected outcome but what was totally unexpected was the head butt from Ortiz. It drew a lot of controversies and reactions from fans all over the world. Ortiz later on admitted that it was intentional and he was aiming for the nose to break. However, despite the foul, Mayweather still won with a clean knockout.
On the other side, Pacquiao’s last fight was against his arch nemesis Juan Manuel Marquez. It was a fight that caused a lot of mixed reactions from both sides. Pacman won by majority decision but many Marquez’s fans would claim that they were robbed of the championship. The fight itself was quite tricky since it was very difficult to tell who’s winning and who’s losing. It was a close and fair fight but the question from the fans is, was it a fair decision?
Well, Pacqauio certainly wasn’t able to put up a good show compared to his previous fights. A lot of controversies are arising that he already lost his touch due to his involvement with politics and showbiz. We’ll find that out with his next fight.
Nevertheless, both fighters have entertained fans and have earned their respect fairly. These may be the times of disappointments to their fans but all there is left to do is to wait for their rescheduled fight. There is still big hope that the fight will continue since there is a possibility that Mayweather will be released earlier if he shows good behavior. It would not be difficult for him to start a training camp in jail and continue with his special trainings when he gets out in March.
