Course Description The course is a multi-disciplinary approach that emphasizes the features of the TTS philosophy and includes elements relating to marketing, design of services products) and processes, problem solving methods, and statistical applications for service organizations and manufacturing. This is also identifies a survey of methods used to apply principles of total quality management (TTS) in various organizational settings to improve quality and productivity.

Topics include evolution of TTS theory; TTS models, tools, and techniques; development of TTS teams; production of graphs and charts; strategies for meeting customer expectations; benchmarking; and comparison of TTS applications.
