In that way they have to greet and introduce themselves and attract customers.

4. Present products and product information- Carphone Warehouse- It is really important the way the products and product information are presented, these few things attract customers the most. On the Carphone Warehouse website all the products and information should be presented properly such as, all the information should be put down in details so the customer knows what they are buying, and pictures of handsets and other products should be put up as well, for example a phone, there should be options to enlarge the picture and side views as well.

6. Describe Products- Carphone Warehouse- In Carphone Warehouse one the most important jobs is to describe the products, that is the main way an employee can attract a customer to a product. For example a pay as you go phone, he has to describe the phone in full details, describe the entire features it has, for example it has Bluetooth, 2 mega pixel camera, radio, etc. In that way an employee in Carphone Warehouse has to describe a product.

BSB Sky- In BSB sky they have to describe the products as in, in sky digital how many channels it has, on telephone it has free weekend off-peak calls and on broadband the download speed, and all the price plans. In that way an employee in BSB Sky has to describe a product in order to attract the customers. 7. Explain product options and availability- Carphone Warehouse- In Carphone Warehouse the most common thing a customer comes in for is a phone, either on pay as you go or contract. If a customer comes in for a contract, then the employee has to explain all the options such as a t-mobile flext, it has the options for either texts or minutes or a mix of both and all other information which is required and also availability if it’s in stock or not. In that way a Carphone Warehouse employee has to explain the product options and availability.

BSB Sky- In BSB Sky customers might want broadband, sky digital or telephone, if a customer wants broadband then the employee has to provide all information such as the download speed, technical support, easy self installation and if a wireless router comes with it and availability. In that way a BSB Sky employee has to explain the product options and availability.
