The firm has a flat organisational structure. This helps the business meet its objectives because there are not many steps between the main manager and the employees. This helps the business meet its objectives because every individual in the firm knows what they are doing and what every other individual is doing. The general manager does not boss the employees around, instead the employees just ask the general manager what to do.
Since the firm has a flat organisation structure this means that employees can make more decisions. This motivates the employees because they have a little bit of power and do not have to answer back to the manager. The firm has a person culture. This helps the business meet its objectives because the manager works alongside the other employees and there is not a power problem because each individual can do something that no one else in the company can do. This helps the business meet its objectives because each person has a job to do and as long as s/he does it the business will run smoothly and the business will meet its objectives.
The firm has a democratic management style, this means that the employees are mentioned in decision making at DBF associates. This helps the business meet its objectives because the manager and the employees work together when they are making decisions in the business. This helps the business to meet its objectives because the manager and the employees know what the objectives are and will try their best to meet the business’s objectives. An analysis of the impact of ICT upon the internal and external communication
The impact of ICT upon internal and external communication ICT impacts upon communication because ICT is used in most cases of external communication. ICT is used more for external communication then it is used for internal communication. As a matter of fact ICT is hardly used at all for internal communication ICT is used to fax and E- mail clients their accounts. These accounts are produced on Microsoft excel by the accountants then are printed on a HP LaserJet printer then faxed or e- mailed to the clients. Even if the accounts are not faxed or E- mailed to the clients, i.e. they are given by post or in the clients hand then the accounts are still produced on Microsoft excel using a computer and then printed using a HP LaserJet printer which is ICT.
